Spring, Summer, and Winter Camps

Spring, Summer, and Winter Camps

Camps at Pentagon MMA are a reflection of the values and life skills we try to instill in our Warrior Kids. For many kids, our Camps are a life-changing experience. Kids love our Camp program because they have a ton of fun. Parents love our Camp program because their kids become better human beings. What are our Camps all about?

FUN, EDUCATIONAL, AND STRUCTURED ACTIVITIES.

Each and every camp day is jam-packed with fun, educational, and structured activities. From mixed martial arts instruction to arts and crafts, field trips, fitness games, nunchuck training, and more, your kids will not want to go home!

EXPERIENCED AND CARING SUPERVISION.

Our staff of experienced instructors, parents, and volunteers truly love working with kids, and it shows. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment in a structured setting permeated with respect, confidence, teamwork, discipline, and self-control. We have a very high instructor to student ratio to ensure that each and every one of our kids receive all the care and attention they need.

STOP THE BULLYING CYCLE.

Bullying occurs as a vicious cycle. When a young child is a victim of bullying, he or she grows up believing that bullying and hazing are the norm and just a part of growing up in our society. There is a high probability that this same child who was previously the victim of bullying will begin bullying other children (typically weaker and younger) without understanding or realizing that he or she is perpetuating the same behavior that had previously caused him or her so much anger and sadness. The Pentagon MMA staff and curriculum are focused on helping children understand and break this cycle. We will equip your child with the tools that will help them become "bully-proof." Through education and positive reinforcement, we can get to the root of the bullying problem and minimize its occurrence.

NO MARTIAL ARTS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

Our camp program is designed for kids of all skill levels and background. During camp, they will take at least two mixed martial arts classes per day and have a blast learning basic self-defense skills. They will also learn when to use those skills and when not to use those skills.

MERIT BADGES TEACH RESPECT, CONFIDENCE, TEAMWORK, AND MORE.

Kids in our camp program earn merit badges when completing certain activities aimed at instilling important life skills, such as respect, confidence, kindness, teamwork, and discipline. This makes camp not just a fun experience, but an enriching one too.
