Little Warriors' classes are for kids ages 4 to 6. During these classes, our Little Warriors learn the basic tenets of the Pentagon MMA Warrior Kids' program: Character Education, Martial Arts Education, and Physical Education.
Young Warriors' classes are for kids ages 7 to 13. During these classes, our Young Warriors will master the fundamentals of Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including punches, kicks, takedowns, side control, and pinning positions. Joint manipulations, such as arm locks, and shoulder locks, are not taught in this class to make sure our kids at this age train safely and for a long time.
WHAT GEAR DO OUR KIDS NEED?
All our Warrior Kids need to have a uniform Gi with the school patch, a uniform belt, and boxing gloves. Yes, it's a lot of gear, but this Kids' Program is unique in that it combines Muay Thai/Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu skills. So, our kids need to be protected for punches and kicks. Best of all, everything our kids need (and more) is included in your package as part of the Enrollment Fee!

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
WHAT ARE WE ALL ABOUT?
At Pentagon MMA, we truly love what we do and believe that every child deserves a chance to become an amazing human being. Mixed Martial Arts is a powerful character-builder and one of the most practical and complete forms of self-defense. Pentagon MMA’s After School Mixed Martial Arts Program is a fun, structured, and educational program for your children that focuses on Character Education, Martial Arts Education, and Physical Education in a safe, positive, and supervised environment. Your children will learn essential life skills, including discipline, respect, focus, self-control, teamwork, and gratitude, all while improving their physical condition and health. Our After School Mixed Martial Arts Program is NOT A DAY CARE or a “babysitting” program, but an educational program where your child will be provided with world class Mixed Martial Arts instruction by our experienced and award winning staff.
We pick up your children in our comfortable, air-conditioned van at their school at either their regular or early dismissal schedule and bring them back to our school. After arriving at Pentagon MMA, they change into their Gi (martial arts uniform), store all their belongings, have some snacks provided by Pentagon MMA, and do their homework. The afternoon will end with an engaging and structured mixed martial arts class that includes a motivational life lesson. Your children can be picked up between 5:45pm and 6:15pm.

at Pentagon MMA are a reflection of the values and life skills we try to instill in our Warrior Kids. For many kids, our Camps are a life-changing experience. Kids love our Camp program because they have a ton of fun. Parents love our Camp program because their kids become better human beings. What are our Camps all about?
FUN, EDUCATIONAL, AND STRUCTURED ACTIVITIES.
Each and every camp day is jam-packed with fun, educational, and structured activities. From mixed martial arts instruction to arts and crafts, field trips, fitness games, nunchuck training, and more, your kids will not want to go home!
EXPERIENCED AND CARING SUPERVISION.
Our staff of experienced instructors, parents, and volunteers truly love working with kids, and it shows. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment in a structured setting permeated with respect, confidence, teamwork, discipline, and self-control. We have a very high instructor to student ratio to ensure that each and every one of our kids receive all the care and attention they need.
STOP THE BULLYING CYCLE.
Bullying occurs as a vicious cycle. When a young child is a victim of bullying, he or she grows up believing that bullying and hazing are the norm and just a part of growing up in our society. There is a high probability that this same child who was previously the victim of bullying will begin bullying other children (typically weaker and younger) without understanding or realizing that he or she is perpetuating the same behavior that had previously caused him or her so much anger and sadness. The Pentagon MMA staff and curriculum are focused on helping children understand and break this cycle. We will equip your child with the tools that will help them become "bully-proof." Through education and positive reinforcement, we can get to the root of the bullying problem and minimize its occurrence.
NO MARTIAL ARTS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
Our camp program is designed for kids of all skill levels and background. During camp, they will take at least two mixed martial arts classes per day and have a blast learning basic self-defense skills. They will also learn when to use those skills and when not to use those skills.
MERIT BADGES TEACH RESPECT, CONFIDENCE, TEAMWORK, AND MORE.
Kids in our camp program earn merit badges when completing certain activities aimed at instilling important life skills, such as respect, confidence, kindness, teamwork, and discipline. This makes camp not just a fun experience, but an enriching one too.
WHAT IS THE TUITION FOR DAY CAMPS?
Tuition is $300 per week, per child. Current students enrolled in our Warrior Kids program receive a $50 discount. Camp tuition is non-refundable.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN TUITION?
Tuition includes mixed martial arts classes, life skills learning sessions, group fitness training, constant supervision by staff members and volunteer parents, daily snacks and juice, field trip transportation, and materials for arts & crafts. Please note that students must bring their own lunch.
